I'm going to "eat crow" and apologize for my response to your original
question. I was simply wrong in the answer I gave and am truly sorry if I
have wasted any of your time. I am looking at the sample database included
with Project Server 2003. The Enterprise Global contains 9 custom
enterprise Project fields, which are as follows:
Location (Enterprise Project Outline Code 1)
Sponsor (Enterprise Project Outline Code 2)
Performer (Enterprise Project Outline Code 3)
Project Status (Enterprise Project Outline Code 4)
Budget (Enterprise Project Text 1)
Schedule (Enterprise Project Text 2)
ROI (Enterprise Project Text 3)
Exposure (Enterprise Project Text 4)
Alignment (Enterprise Project Text 5)
When I apply the Project Center view, select the Edit button, I can see the
Owner field, plus four enterprise project outline code fields, plus only the
ROI field (Enterprsie Project Text 3) of the five custom text fields.
Frankly I am at a loss to explain why I can only see one of the custom
enterprise Text fields when five should theoretically be visible. I would
gladly ask others to contribute an answer to this dilemma, if they have one.

Hi Dale:
I don't agree with you, actually when I select a project
and click edit from Project Center I can see not only
custom outline codes, I also get to see some custom
fields.
My question is how can custom codes and fields be selected
to appear in the edit page of Pr. web access (since not
all fields appear here)if there is a way to make this, or
how does project choose which fields must appear in such
place.
Thanks
José
