Modify default MS Project Server 2007 Status Report

I would like to modify the default Status Report sections (Major
Accomplishments, Objectives for the Next Period, Hot Issues) in Project
Server 2007 to match those of my organization and to be applied to ALL
published projects. This would eliminate the need to incorporate these
changes for every new project. Is this possible? Are instructions available
for doing this?

No, there is no default way to edit the default Status Report template.
