Modify Enterprise Resource.

Hello everybody:

I have added a new column in the Enterprise Resource
Pool and I need access to it. I'm working with the method
EnterpriseResourcesOpen.

Using this method without parameters, a dialog box is
displayed and only if a press the buttons Select All and
Open/Add the pool appears but I need to modify the cells
without the user knows about this. The method also has two
paremeters. If I assign in the second one the value
pjReadWrite, the Enterprise Resource Pool appears, but
only with one user. The first parameter is the resource
identifier and is a Variant type. If I assign to it
different values, the resource that appears is different
but always appears an only resource. How can I recover all
the resource identifiers? How can I obtain all the
resources in the pool and access to the data?
