Modify Outlook Login window

I have implemented RPC-OVER-HTTPS for remote email access but we would like
to implement this with Single-Sign-On. Is there a way to do this. I was
think if we could edit the pop-up window that ask for user name and password,
we could enter a single sign on pin in there. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe that dialog can be modified. Also, RPC/HTTPS doesn't
support dual factor authentication.
