Modify project workspace template to create subsite by default

Hi,

Here is what I need -
I am working with Project Server 2003, Project Web Access, Project
Professional 2003 and Windows Sharepoint Services on a Windows 2003
box.
Whenever a new project is added Project Server, a new sharepoint site
is created by default (i.e. the default project workspace)
I need to create a subsite called "Confidential" which is only
accessible by the Project Manager role.
I need this subsite to be automatically created for each project added.

Is there a way to modify the default project workspace template to
allow creation of this subsite by default?

This requires Project Server 2003 so I'd say the only newsgroup it should go
to is the microsoft.public.project.server one.

Follow-ups to that.

Here's an excellent white paper on "How to customize the Project

Sorry that nobody answered you with the other posts, but the answer is a
potential "Yes", but it requires some work, and I'm not sure if it'll
work exactly how you'd hope, since Project creates its own sites without
the user browsing to the new site immediately. I hope you're a .NET
developer. :)

There's a little-known child element of the <Configuration> element in
ONET.XML called "ExecuteUrl". This URL is called (redirected to) once a
site is created. I hope this helps you (watch for URL wrapping):

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d.../spptsdk/html/tscamlexecuteurl_SV01113237.asp

I've set followups to the SharePoint development newsgroup, since that
seems to be the appropriate place for this conversation.
