I have found it best to work with the template off-line.
This avoids having several versions of the template in
project server without being able to tell them apart.
All I have ever had to do was to use the Save As and
choose Tempalte where Project is showing in the drop down
box. Don't forget to be logged on the server when in
Project Pro 2002.
