modifying an output file to a suitable input file

Hi,

I am a newbie at windows programming

I don't have any clue how to implement a program which modifies an output
file to a suitable input file and then execute another program recursively
saving the corresponding outputs. Any thoughts?

The file formats are csv.

Hi,
you can easy import csv into Access, modify data the way you like and then
output to one of supported format.
Or, if you want to run another program, you can use shell() or this
approach:
