modifying and removing data from access 1.1

Thanks to all for the replies to my previous question. Right now I am writing
data to access 1.1. this program uses visual basic 3.5. I can not remove
expired data from the data base ( i am sure). I can modify data data in the
program but I don't know if the data changes in the data base.Is there a way
to to remove this data and make sure the accurate data is in the data base?
