Modifying Issues Globally

I've just learned of the ability modify settings and columns for issues on
PWA. As administrator is there a way to globally modify the columns and not
have to do it for every project? Thanks, Ken

Refer to the following FAQ for how to do it:

Do know, however, that even after you perform the steps detailed in the FAQ,
you will still need to manually modify the sites for each existing project.
The steps detailed in the FAQ will impact all future project sites. Hope
this helps.
