How can I modify the parameters of a search button, so the default value of
the "look in" parameter is a specific field?
Right now, the default value for the "look in" field is the form itself.
I have a button which the "On Click" Event has the following VB code:
Catalogue_Name.SetFocus
DoCmd.DoMenuItem acFormBar, acEditMenu, 10, , acMenuVer70
I take this to mean, that Microsoft Access will first Focus on the
Catalogue_Name, and then open a search window. If I change the look in
parameter the field, "Catalogue_Name," Access remembers this selection for as
long as I have the file open, but I would like this to default when I open
the database.
