Modifying the junk e-mail filtered phrases list

I want to know if there is any way to modify the junk email filtered phrases
list that is found in c:\program files\microsoft oiffice\ office 10\local id
#\filters.txt.

While I can simply edit that file I seriously doubt that will do anything.

Anyone have any ideas?
