mean better or easier.

Chances are you've had that program since it was released, not something you
purchased 10'ish years later. Pretty cool that it still works on Vista tho.

There are a bunch of this software on eBay. Some as little as $6.99. Seems, too,
it came bundled with Works 4.5.

I would speculate they said version 99 or later. I can't imagine anyone
requiring obsolete unsupported software.
