Monitored breaks from computer using Microsoft

Hi,

I do alot of research, and I'm wondering if Microsoft, has a setting or
option or a alart, to monitor how long you have been using the computer and
tell you at the appropriate time to have a break from the computer.

I have tried FAQs and Office help, no luck there. Your response will be
appreciated. Thank you

Outlook provides for appointments. Schedule an appointment for a break.
