I've got several PC's runing Windows XP Pro SP2 with Office XP SP3, with all
available patches installed for both Windows & Office. When using Outlook
and we try to collapse a monitored mailbox or access Outlook today Outlook
freezes and has to be closed with task manager.
I have tried creating different Outlook profiles, running the "cleanviews"
switch but none of these appear to have helped.
Any help would be appriciated.
