Month Display Name

One of my users changed their calendar so that it displays the Short Date in
their Calendar (Example: 11/27) By default Outlook should spell out the
entire month. November 27. Does anyone know how to get this back so that it
displays the month?

Control Panel's Regional and Language Options applet. Click Customize on
the Regional Options tab, select the Date tab, and adjust the Long date
format.
