Monthly Recurrence on set date M-F only

I want to create a monthly recurrence that happens on, say, the 15th of every
month. If the 15th is a Saturday, change to the 14th and if it is a Sunday,
change to the 16th.

Similarly, how would you set a recurrence for the Last day of the Month (of
course moving it up 1 or 2 days if it falls on a Sat. or Sun)?

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Outlook doesn't support a recurrence that would pick Fri over Sat and Mon
over Sun. It has 1st - 4th weekday (and last) which would skip weekends,
but it doesn't do the 15th weekday.

You would use the last weekday for the EOM recurrence - it's under monthly
pattern.

Thanks, Diane. I used Excel to create the date pattern needed for 2009 and
imported them into the calendar. Was a little more work, but did the trick.

Thanks for your time.
