Hello all,
I have already posted similar post in the InfoPath newsgroup but I also have
some MOSS-specific questions:
I have an Infopath 2007 form with several sections that can be digitally
signed. The form is published to a MOSS 2007 site and everything works very
well.
But, is it possible to protect individual sections of the form? What I want
to say is is it possible to restrict access for digital signing for
individual sectors, i.e. only user A can sign the first section, user B the
second one, etc?
Further, is it possible to create a workflow that would react on a form
signing? I would like to create a workflow that would do something (for
example, move the filled form to another Forms Library) when all the
signings are present. That way I would have one library for "draft" forms
and another one for the "completed" ones. But I was unable to find such an
event.
To advance the idea even more (however, this is an InfoPath question), is it
possible to make filling of certain fields obligatory for some users (in
order to submit a form) while in the same time other users cannot fill those
fields at all?
Thank you very much in advance,
Hrvoje
