We deployed MOPS 2007 SP2 in our organization. The service account used for
Microsoft Office Project Server Events Service and Microsoft Office Project
Server Queue Service has access to internet. But these service didn't
started. I made changes as is shown at link

After this I have two certificates "Microsoft Code Signing PCA". All of of
them have Next Update date. What will there be after the next update date?
It is strange that Microsoft products don't use internet explorer proxy
settings. We need to allow internet access for the computer account.
