The saga continues: While I have now gotten ouotlook to open, Word applies
formats to both selected and non-selected text (e.g., bolds the entire
document in order to bold a heading) and then comes around only when you
undo-- this undoes the bolding of the non-selected text.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled
from my original media, repaired both as a reset and as detect and repair.
