"More Details" link in an e-mail newsletter in Publisher?

How does one use the "More Details" link in an e-mail newsletter (Publisher
2003)? I am simply writing articles without links to any web pages. Should I
use these links to continue the articles in Word and how so? I've had trouble
finding information on this. Thank you!
