More Forms... InfoPath

Hi there. I've installed InfoPath on my computer and none of the online
features work (ie. help, tour, More Forms, etc). I received an error message
when installing, after being asked whether to look for updates. I choose
yes. I got an error saying "the file does not have a program associated with
it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folders Options
control panel". Can anyone help me with how to correct this.

Hi,

Which OS are you using? Are you installing IP alone, or part, or on top of
an Office Suite? If you didn't do it yet, try to upgrade to SP2, this may
install some of your missing files.

When I try to install sp2, I get an error saying that "update cannot be
applied". I have an office suite but not sure which one. I have excel,
outlook, word, powerpoint, visio, publisher. I really only use excel, word
and visio. Oh, and I'm running xp pro.

OH! And also.. when I go to tools/options. I have no advanced tab (to
enable/disable service pack). ???
