more iframe help please

Im new to using inline frames and I need some help. I made an inline frame (I named it iframe in the properties) And I successfully set up a "new page" when it asked me "new page" or "set initial page" Now I set the target frame for the links for this inline frame, but when I click on them they wont open in that frame (it doesnt do anything) Am I doing something wrong here?
