Hi Debby,
It sounds like you have a stuck shift key or have activated one of the 'sticky key' settings. Check the 'Accessibility' settings in
the Windows Control panel to see if they have been turned on.

Also, when I type a number, I get a symbol instead. For instance, I type "7"
but "&" shows up instead. Or if I type a comma, I get "<" instead. Please let
me know how to get my documents back to how they were.>>
