More Shared Borders

I have read all the shared borders trials and tribulations. I never had a
problem with FP 2002. But now my site won't show the buttons.

It works fine in FP 2003.

My prview is fine, and my IE view works sort of fine, but two pages have
problems. One does not show child sites, and one lists child twice.

I have checked html closures to the best of my ability, and subtracted and
added the borders several times to all pages.

The only page I found with a problem was a Frames page, the rest (of those I
looked at) displayed what appeared to be links to Child pages, including
Parent and Home.

Please specify the pages with problems.
