More than 255 Charaters

Hi I have a Database Create on Excel I would like to move it to Access, but
Most of the cells contains more than 255 chrateres and it goes all the way
to Colunm GN by 73 rows , When I try to CopyAppend i got the error (record
too Large) Any Help on this?
