More than 256 characters? (MS Project 2000)

Hello,

I am desperately trying to find a way to enter more than 256 characters
in a text field using Microsoft Project 2000 -- can anyone help?? The
thing is that I need to be able to enter a somewhat large amount of
text in two different places, so am already using task notes. Is there
perhaps a way to enter two notes for a given task? ANY advice here
would be greatly appreciated!

The Notes field should give you what you want, as you are not limited to 256
chars.

Sorry, only the notes field can do that and you are already using it.
Perhaps you can insert something in the notes field to separate the two
types of text. A line of ************** for example?
