More than one folder/section on Onenote Mobile?

The Onenote seems to recognize only one folder/section on the Onenote
Mobile notebook editable from windows mobile platform PDA. can i have

You are correct.
As OneNote Mobile does only with one section one can only synch one
section with the PC.
Things to be transferred to the PDA have to be moved/copied to this
section.
For copying things there the "Copy to Device" PowerToy comes handy[1]
