More than one person send from same Mailbox

I am looking for a way that multiple people can send from
the same mailbox. For example, I have a sales mailbox that
3 people can access. When those people reply to an e-mail
from that box, it uses the individual e-mail address not
the sales e-mail address. Is there some way to overcome
this feature.
Thanks

Is this a mailbox on an Exchange server? If so, the user will need to put
the name of the sales mailbox in the From field before sending the message
and will need at least Send On Behalf Of permission, possibly Send As,
depending on how you want the From field to look to the recipient.

Your response implies that one person (say a secretary or assistant) can
send email "on behalf of" another (like her boss). Can you provide
specifics about how to do that. My boss and I have been trying to figure
this out. He has given me the highest level of delegate permissions; I go
to his mailbox and create a message. When I send it, it always says from me
with no indication that it is "on behalf of" him.
Help would be appreciated.

You must explicitly put the boss' name in the From field of the message.
