More than one profile in Outlook.

Hi



I have a e-mail user that needs to open more than one e-
mail account at a time, using Outlook 2002. If I click,
File, Open, Others User's Folder, it works and he can get
the mail for that e-mail account. When I try to put all
the mailboxes in the folder list by clicking Tools, Email
Accounts, View or change existing e-mail account, next,
Change, More Settings, Advanced and then Add it gives me
this message:

The name could not be resolved. The action could not be
completed.

I use Exchange 5.5

Can anyone help?
