How can I get around this:
"Negative times or dates are displayed as ####"?
The calc is 20:18 - 23:45
Answer should b -3:27

Switch to the 1904 date system, Tools>Options>Calculation, and check the
1904 date system checkbox.

You will find the setting under "Workbook Options" in Tools>Options>Calculation
tab.

So..............it is a workbook setting.
