MOS important question

I'm getting this question on a online job posting:

Have you been certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist?

Does this mean I have written all exams in these programs? The only one I
currently have is Excel.

With that question the options are YES / NO / In the Process.

What do I say?

Please try and help me ASAP. Thanks

I can only assume by your post that the correct answer to that question is
no.
