Most useful Windows version for FP?

From a FP perspective, would someone give a pro/con comparison of SP
Pro, Home and MCE?

I remember some discussion a couple of years ago but don't recall the
specifics.

You can run IIS server on XP Pro, but not on Home. Dunno about Media Center.

I had been told that MCE was built on top of Pro. When you look at the
system info at the control panel of a machine running MCE, it says XP
Pro.
