You most likely will have to do a lot of customizing to make any template
you find really work for your organization. I present some ideas below to
get started.

You need to determine what 'entities' you are working with, you have a good
start below, but there are more.
You most likely have some 'data' (maybe 3x5 cards) to work with review that
carefully for data elements of interest.

Examples:
Vehicles:
vin (good key value)
color(s)
Motor
hp
model year
VehicleAssessories
AssessoryID (key)
Vin (fk)
Assessorytype --->from a lookup table.

Customers
FirstName
MiddleName
LastName
DateOfBirth (if you want to send birthday cards)

Phones (1:M)
PhoneType (cell, home, office, fax)

The above ideas are just a start, but you can see there is a lot of planning
before you sit down to build the database and it's related user interface.
