Mouse Arrow for pointing in Presentation

Can the mouse arrow be changed to something like RED color for pointing
during a presentation?
Thanks a lot for the suggestions!

I don't know if you can change the color of the arrow itself (perhaps by
going through control panel and changing the physical cursor).

An alternative is to right click during the presentation, select
'Highlighter' pen type and select a red color. This will create a red bar
instead of an arrow.
