Mouse Over action with a SmartArt object

Is there a way to associate an action (i.e. emphasize text or an object,
shrink/grow an object, etc. ) when mouse over"ing" the object.
I see how I can use Action Buttons, but I have a Smart Art pie chart that I
want to attach actions to (highlight a pie portion, etc.) when running the
mouse over that particular portion of the pie.

Any help?
Thanks
Tim

In PowerPoint 2007 there is an option that makes this easier.

In earlier versions it can still be done, but requires a host of mouse over
actions to highlight or de-highlight the sections.

Thanks Bill,

Yes, I am using Powerpoint 2007.
I would love to know the option that allows this.
Can you assign different actions other than highlighting such as
growing/shrinking, change colors, etc.
Ultimately what I would like is to have a pie chart with three areas. All
three areas would be somewhat grayed out, but you could still read the text
on the pie piece. When moving the mouse over a portion of the pie, the color
would appear, text bold, etc.

Thanks,
Tim
