Mouse-Over Cell Question

Hi Folks:

Looking for a way to have a picture pop-up (like a cell comment) when a cell
is moused over.
Guessing this can be done with code, but beyond my ability

Steve,

Try this: Click on a cell, which contains a comment, with your right mouse
button. Select 'Show/Hide' comments.
You will find that when you hold your mouse over the cell the comment will
jump up.

You can also have the comment showing at all times by using the same option.
