Mouse-over menus

I'm using webbot in Front Page 2003 right now and have a good handle on how
to create a list of menus where I want them (see www.ptsenergy.com). Now I
want to add menus that expand and contract themselves automatically as you
mouse over them (e.g., mouse over TVSS Products to list those links shown on
eclips.htm). Any ideas or samples? (Abandoning webbot is fine.)
