mouse pointer

How do I change the mouse pointer in Excel from the thick plus sign to
a smaller less intrusive symbol or pointer?

The bold plus sign hides the contents of the cell when the user clicks
that cell. I have it set to put an "X" in the cell when they click,
but the mouse pointer makes it hard to see if the X is in the box or
not.

Thanks,

Robert

I dont think you can change the pointer. There are a number of different
mouse pointers in excel as they all do different things.
Try changing the zoom on the sheet to make the cells look larger then the
pinter will look smaller relative to the cell

I would do that, but I'm using a tablet PC and want the entire form to
remain on the screen without scrolling. Thanks, though.
