Mouse Wheel doesn't work with Access 2.0 on Win XP

I have an application written in Access 2.0. On previous
versions of Windows the mouse wheel would scroll the
forms up and down. However, on Windows XP the mouse
wheel no longer functions in my Access 2.0 forms. Does
anyone know why?
