mouse wheel scroll in vba editor

The only app that doesn't scroll with the mouse wheel is VBA. Is there
a setting or something to enable scrolling with mouse wheel?

Intellipoint software versions 3 and 4 work in the VBE window. Intellipoint
version 5 and up don't.

I personally have stayed with version 3.x because features kept being
removed in 4 and 5 and I liked those features.
