I have been using this method to prevent my users using the mouse
scroll wheel - as it gives unpredictable results. What I noted
yesterday is this. I was working on a new customers database that I am
using Mousehook.dll with. Then, another customer came on the phone and
caused me to look at another database that did not use mousehook.dll.
However, the mouse scroll wheel did not work here either. It must have
inherited the property from the first database.
I will bear this in mind in future when I try to recreate problems my
customers complain of.
