Mouseover descriptions

I use a standard template that provides page link buttons
that take the name of the page. I would like to add
mouseover descriptions to each of the buttons
(ala .jpeg). However, in edit function, you cannot
select a single button; the entire row is selected. Help.

I take it you're using Navigation View, Links Bars, and a
Theme. In that case, no, you can't add mouseover
descriptions.

For that kind of control, you'd have to stop using Link
Bars and Themes, and start creating your own buttons.
