Hi,

Is it possible in Visio to draw a shape and when you move your cursur over
it, it will light up?
Like OnMouseover? I don't know much about VBA.

Is het mogelijk om een tekening te maken binnen Visio die de eigenschap
OnMouseover bevat. Zodat wanneer je de pagina hebt opgeslagen als een
webpagina en je de cursor over de shape beweegt, de shape oplicht.

from what I have seen, the comment section of the shapesheet is activated
when you hover over a shape, also the mouse curser alters its graphic when
you hover over a shape. I believe you can not activate a simple macro to
alter a shape's colour by merely hovering above the shape.

However, you can alter a shapes colour by writing a macro that is activated
when you double click on the shape.(in the events section of the shapesheet)

In fact Visio 2003 does have a mouse move event, but it is tricky, but not
impossible, to alter the shape line color formula whilst the mouse is over
it, and then put it back when it is not over it.
Such events are quite onerous, and you should have to respect the use of
line color for other purposes. Also, shapes can be quite complex, and you
may need to get at the line color in sub shapes.

An alternative approach is to use the SmartTags, because they can be set to
visible on mouse over...
