When user tries to delete a task on MS project.
some task cannot be deleted, cos work has started on it.

However, instead of giving message telling the task cannot be deleted, write
a macro that set up a 'removed tasks' category at the end of the MS project
file, moves the task to be deletd into the category.

can some one give me some idea???
