Move calendar from one identity to another

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel

I had to create a new identity since I'm changing from an IMAP server to a hosted Exchange server. I can't figure out how to get my calendar events moved over to the new identity (same version, 2008, but upgraded from the Home edition to the full version of Entourage).

I think this is everything that's needed.

Hi John!

The easiest way to do this is to switch to Calendar view and then click
the All Events item under Calendar Views in the folders list on the
left. This will present you a list of everything in all your calendars.
You can then click the "Folder" column header to sort each calendar's
events together. Select, drag and drop all your events from one calendar
to the other.
