How can I move all my clip art and the clip organizer catalog to the hard
drive of a new PC without losing all the keywords? Am using Windows XP
professional.

Thanks for the info - but what if I want to to put them in a new location,
like on an external hard drive?

If the clips are from the Office XP Media Content CD then change the
install directory using setup from the CD. If you downloaded the clips by
default they go into the Microsoft Clip Organizer folder in My Pictures
Folder and I'm not sure if you can change this location or not but you may
be able to use a registry tweak to change the location. Personally if I want
to change the location I put the clips in the location of choice then when I
want to use one I navigate to the location and search the clips using
thumbnail view instead of using Clip Organizer search facilities to search
by keyword.
