Move Column Width

I want to freeze the panes of the top 10 lines than be able to change the
column width below the above 10 lines

Hello

You cannot do this in Infopath.
Will this top 10 lines data will be constant all the time?
In that case you can keep a read only table above and insert a new table
where in you can adjust the column width.
