Configuracion windows xp

Hi, I want to move my emails from my old pc with windows xp to a new one
with windows vista, but I dont know how.

Please I need help,

You have a .pst file on your old computer. If you copy it tp your new
computer and open it in Outlook you will have all your calendar, email,
contacts, notes, & tasks.
