Move mailbox from exch 5.5 to exch 2k3

while moving mailbox I get this error:

Unable to move mailbox 'user name'.
Error: This mailbox exceeded the maximum number of corrupted items specified for this move mailbox operation.


any ideas?

Try posting this in an Exchange news group - the experts in troubleshooting
Exchange tend to hang out there and only come here when slumming. (pardons

Hi, Martin - as Milly said, this is best posted in an Exchange group.
Provide more detail about your setup....also, might want to empty the
deleted items folder on the source mailbox before trying the move. Try
posting in microsoft.public.exchange.admin.
