move "my shortcut" foldrs to a cd?

i need to selectively move "My Shortcut" folders from Outlook to a CD

What are "My Shortcut" folders? Perhaps something you created? Where are
they physically located now? Are you actually trying to archive the
files that are in the folders? If you want to access the files easily in
the future, you may want to copy them to the Hard Drive outside of
Outlook and then Copy them to the CD, in Windows Explorer.
